Types of Grants

We offer grants for both small and large-scale projects, ensuring organizations of all sizes can benefit:

Small Projects

Grants up to $5,000 for grassroots and community-driven initiatives.

Large Projects

Grants between $5,000 and $25,000 for programs with significant long-term impact.

Our grants have helped fund incredible projects, such as:

Karl Gerdon Park

Venango Borough brought together numerous funders, including the Foundation, to complete a restoration of the park including new recreation equipment and signage.

The Crawford County Scuba Team

Utilized funds to purchase a Hovercraft to make life saving rescues on the waters of our area

Second Harvest Food Bank

Second Harvest Food Bank was able to bring “Produce Express” to begin serving our friends and neighbors in need with fresh foods.

The Academy Theatre

The Academy Theatre upgraded their ticketing system to allow for digital ticketing and an improved experience for patrons and staff alike.

Applying for a grant is a simple process.

Prepare

Your Letter of Interest

Gather required materials, including a project description and budget.

Submit

Your application once you've been invited to apply

Complete the online form by March 15.

Grant

Review

Our Grants Committee evaluates applications, and awards are announced in early May.

Reporting Requirements

Grant recipients are required to submit a report one year after funding to highlight how the grant made an impact.
